- The Voicemail by Email add-on lets you transfer your voicemails to your inbox via email attachments in wav. format.
- Required equipment: Voicemail, Videotron residential Internet service and a compatible computer.
To use this service, you need a Videotron email address, the Voicemails by Email add-on, and you need to be subscribed to Videotron’s cable or mobile Internet (or Internet via a Mobile Internet Key).

- The number of the person calling you is displayed on your screen, and if that person is on your contact list, their name is also displayed.

- Visual Voicemail lets you visually check the contents of your voice mailbox, so you can pick and choose the messages you want to listen to or delete.
Call Forwarding

Redirect your calls to any number you want.
- Never miss a call by transferring your calls to any North American phone number you want.
Long distance charges may apply. You will not incur roaming charges for forwarding calls when roaming.
