TELUS Corporation is a national telecommunications company that provides a wide range of products and services including mobile services, internet, entertainment, healthcare, video, satellite and IPTV television.

The TELUS Mobility wireless division is the incumbent local exchange carrier in British Columbia and Alberta, and a major competitive local exchange carrier in Ontario and Quebec. TELUS also owns and operates Koodo Mobile, Public Mobile, Clearnet Communications, and MiKe. As of Q2 2016, TELUS’ Canadian subscriber base had reached over 8.3 million.

TELUS’ 4G LTE Advanced network offers speeds of up to 225 Mbps. In mid- to late-2016, TELUS began 5G network testing in Canada, reaching record speeds of 29.3 Gpbs.

TELUS has a Connection Fee (Activation Fee) of $30, however this fee can be waived by activating or renewing online.
