Text Abroad Packages

$7/$15/$30 per month

Save money while you travel and text internationally.

  • $  7/month:   50 roaming text messages
  • $15/month: 150 roaming text messages
  • $30/month: Unlimited roaming text messages

Monthly packages must be kept for a minimum of 30 days.

Roaming text messages are text messages sent while traveling outside of Canada.
The overage charge for each text message sent while roaming is 75¢/message; to a maximum overage charge of $75/month with the $7 add-on or $50/month maximum with the $15 add-on.

Available with MyPlan only. Monthly packages must be kept for a minimum of 30 days.

U.S. Voice Roaming

$25/$35 for 30 days

  • $25/month: includes 40 U.S. minutes (Additional minutes: 65¢/minute)
  • $35/month: includes 90 U.S. minutes (Additional minutes: 40¢/minute)
Available to all CDMA and 4G plans. Roaming packs must be kept for a minimum of 1 month. Regular U.S. rate: $1.75/minute.

USA includes: Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.

U.S. Data Roaming

$5/$10 for 30 days

When travelling outside of Canada, you will be given options to purchase Data Passes on your wireless device when you choose to start a data session.
  • $  5/month: includes 100 MB
  • $10/month: includes 225 MB

USA includes: Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico. When the Data Pass expires (if all the data has been used, or the expiry date has passed), you will be asked if you wish to buy another one.

U.S. Data, Text & Voice Passes

$30/$45/$60 for 30 days

  • $30/month: includes 20¢/minute voice, 200 MB data, unlimited text.
  • $45/month: 15¢/minute voice, 500 MB data, unlimited text.
  • $60/month: 10¢/minute voice, 1 GB data, unlimited text.
Available to all CDMA and 4G plans. Roaming packs must be kept for a minimum of 1 month. Regular U.S. voice rate: $1.75/minute, regular U.S. text message rate: 85¢/message sent.

USA includes: Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.

Mexico Data Roaming

$25/$65 for 30 days

When travelling outside of Canada, you will be given options to purchase Data Passes on your wireless device when you choose to start a data session.
  • $25/month: includes   50 MB
  • $65/month: includes 150 MB

When the Data Pass expires (if all the data has been used, or the expiry date has passed), you will be asked if you wish to buy another one.

International Data Roaming

$30/$80/$130/$255 for 30 days

These options will allow you to manage your spending by selecting the Data Pass that’s right for you, based on the amount of data required or the amount of money you wish to spend. When the Data Pass expires (if all the data has been used, or the expiry date has passed), you will be asked if you wish to buy another one.
  •   $30/month: includes   5 MB
  •   $80/month: includes 15 MB
  • $130/month: includes 30 MB
  • $255/month: includes 80 MB

The data can be used anywhere in Europe, Latin America and Caribbean, Asia and Oceana, Middle East and Africa.

Cruise Ship / Satellite Data Pass

$150 for 30 days

  •  Includes 5 MB

When the Data Pass expires (if all the data has been used, or the expiry date has passed), you will be asked if you wish to buy another one.
