Enhanced Voicemail Upgrade

$5 per month

  • Voice Mail allows you to receive up to 25 three-minute messages that can be saved for up to 25 days (unheard messages will be stored for 25 days). 
  • Visual Voicemail is included for customers who have an iPhone.
Airtime and long distance charges may apply. You must have a data connection in order to use Visual Voicemail. Data charges will be incurred when a voice mail is deposited in your Visual Voicemail box (unless you are on a Flat rate or unlimited data plan).

Canadian-U.S. Long Distance

$15 per month

Talk to friends and family in the U.S. as much as you want without incurring any additional long distance fees.?

Wireless Protection Program

$3/$5/$7/$9 per month

The BellMTS Wireless Protection Program, administered by eSecuritel, is designed to give you peace of mind. By signing up, you can save time, money, and hassle if your wireless device is ever lost, stolen, accidentally damaged (including water damage), or malfunctioning. With this program you will be provided with a brand new replacement device with like or comparable features.

  • The Complete Program covers you for accidental damage (including liquid damage), loss, theft, and malfunction after the manufacturer warranty expires. It has a monthly fee of $7.00 to $9.00 which combines the Enhanced and Extended Warranty Programs.
  • The Enhanced Program covers you for accidental damage (including liquid damage), loss, and theft. It has a monthly fee of $5.00 to $7.00.
  • The Extended Warranty Program covers you from malfunction after the manufacturer warranty expires. It has a monthly fee of $3.00.

Note: There is a one-time deductible for each approved claim. The deductible ranges from $30-$200, based on the make and model of your phone.You are allowed a maximum of two claims within a 12-month period beginning with the first date of loss. Other conditions apply.
